Planning Permission

Planning permission regulations were revised and relaxed in October 2008.

Garden buildings are considered to be permitted development and do not require planning permission, provided certain conditions are met. All our buildings are under the 2.5 height restriction and can be sited near a boundary. If you live in a listed building, a flat, a maisonette or an area of outstanding natural beauty, you will need to get in touch with your local planning authority.
